Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families in the relevant Brisbane North and South-Southwest catchments can access free, culturally safe support. Help may cover parenting, routines, child development, housing advocacy, budgeting and counselling referrals, with home or mutually suitable appointments potentially available.

Brisbane Youth Service – Family Support

Young people aged 12–25 and their children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness can access support in nearby Fortitude Valley. Options include parenting groups, a Young Families Group and individual support for young dads. Appointments and limited walk-in assistance are available at the Youth Support Centre.

Queensland Youth and Family Support Service

Young people aged 10–17 who are at risk of offending or re-offending, and their families, can receive free short- to medium-term support across the Brisbane region. Families may self-refer, with assistance available at home or in the community.
